Haven’t received it yet

Not the fault of Osaki USA or the ‘white glove’ vendor, but I haven’t be able to schedule a delivery date and time yet.

Delayed and postponed shipping

I am unable to rate the massage chair as the shipping times have been changed and delayed by shipping company several times. Despite scheduling the delivery as requested, the shipping company you utilize makes multiple changes and then called to re-schedule for a later date because their truck was already full. Mind you, they called to re-schedule a Friday delivery on Wednesday. Why a truck was already full 2 days prior is a mystery the scheduler couldn’t explain. So, we were given delivery options for the following week. As this is written, we still don’t have the chair. Unsure if you as a company read or care about this portion, but buyers beware, our experience with the preferred shipping company Osaki utilizes has been disappointing and VERY delayed.

Solid build, great operation. I wish you could save settings to save time (multiple family users). Very big and didn’t fit though door frame so make sure to measure first!
