Voice recognition is awful. The Chair is constantly saying “I’m here” even though “Hi Alice” was not said. The chair turns on by itself when no one is in the room. The airbag massage pressure is unbearable even on the low setting. Customer service is atrocious. Takes weeks to get a response. I had to call them after 2 emails to even get a response. Return policy is absurd. If I want to return the malfunctioning chair, I have to pay almost half of what I paid for the chair for shipping (Have to pay for the initial delivery and the shipping back to the company). I would not recommend the chair or the company to anyone. Save your money and avoid the headache, buy from a different manufacturer.
