My girlfriend is a massage therapist (best on the planet) and is generally skeptical of massage chairs. We both used this and we're blown away. The shoulder, butt, and feet features are the best. Worth every penny. The audio quality on the speakers is not good though.

It's been several weeks, I left a message for the white glove delivery service and haven't heard anything.

A great massage chair for the whole back, neck and shoulders. However, for its price, the hand/arm compression, and feet rollers are underwhelming and lacking. Had I known, I would pay a little less for something that did not have those features. Feels like I paid more for something that does not work well.

Manual is very vague, not as many functions for the price, I can’t sync Bluetooth, the app is terrible.

I love this chair , It work amazing , First of all purchasing was so easy , a lot of options so reading through the description helped me pick this chair. It was delivery earlier then expected by about w weeks which was really nice
