Torture chamber

The chair is awful. The rollers protrude so far out that the massage is beyond painful. The air bags for the calves squeeze so hard that it hurts bad. The remote is not user friendly. The settings are adjustable but hardly notice a difference when set to the minimum. Constantly moaning in pain over how hard the rollers roll over your body and spine. Have done every massage including the most gentle and it’s still rough. Nothing about this chair feels good or is relaxing. Definitely going to return it asap even with losing money on shipping.

Still have not received the chair

The chair was delivered to white glove location on 5/9 and were suppose to call 1 to 2 days to set up delivery , I never received a call I actually had to call them and now can’t deliver until 5-23 or 5-24 this is far from white glove delivery and I paid an extra $250

Mostly love it

Super comfortable and very well made. I do wish the settings were more streamlined and adjustable. It is awkward to keep going to menu to tweak the settings as it is moving.
I love all of the rollers and and how relaxing and invigorating they are depending on your settings.
The only thing I find unusable is the airbags. Even on the lowest setting, it feels its going to crush or pop my bones. But even not using them it is well worth the money.
Setup was overall easy except for attaching the hose/plug ins on the side pieces. They are ridiculously short and require much patience and prayers even with 2 people to get them attached. I get they can't be to long or they could get pinched or cut, but surely a better method could be implemented.
The chair looks and feels great, every motion is smooth and you can tell the quality is there.

Not worth the Money

Overall not impressed. The massage is decent at best but I have several issues. The foot rollers are a straight torture device. They apply way to much pressure and there is no way to adjust the pressure. Calf rollers are weak. The noise for the airbag system isn't worth the benefit. LED lighting could be nice but you have no control of the colors or patterns so it's feels like you are sitting in an RGB computer. Had I had the opportunity to try before I buy I would probably have selected another option. Wouldn't pay more than $2k for this.
