Osaki OP-4D Ultima

This chair is super solid and the roller strength is intense. Even on strength level one I needed to place a back cushion in order to use it. I ordered the Osaki back cushion, so that should help. I still haven’t figured out how the voice command feature works. The abbreviated manual leaves a lot to be desired. I’ve only had it a short time so I’m hoping to fallinlove with it.

Even after 2 visits of mechanics it doesn't work.

I was recommended this chair by The Wellness Doc and got it purchased through a medical grant. I have muscular dystrophy and this helps with pain. It definitely is strong and my body is still getting used to the pressure, but my recommendation would be to put a pillow underneath you or behind you if the pressure is too much. My only main complaint is that the foot airbag hurts the heel a bit, but there are some modes without that. I would again say it is very strong for pressure so if strong pressure is not your thing than this chair probably isn’t the best choice for you. Also I am very slim so also if you are like me just be mindful the pressure will feel stronger because there isn’t much muscle or fat over my bones. It is very nice looking, it is quite a bit bigger than my older one. The zero gravity is wonderful and the chair is actually very quiet which is also nice. Overall I am pleased with this chair, I still enjoy getting hands on massages better, but personally I don’t think any chair can ever replace a good massage therapist. I hope this review helps!

This is the perfect massage chair I was looking for. We love getting massages. This is the perfect alternative to going to spas. It’s definitely not for people who can’t handle pressure. Beautiful aesthetically pleasing design too. The stretch mode is awesome!
