I did not receive my order or get a call regarding delivery. Not sure what I’m reviewing here…

the chair is beautiful and the functions are nice. I have a hard time getting my lower back to sit far back enough in the chair and my arms seem to be too short to fit correctly in the arm sleeves. The legs and roller functions somethimes grab your heels so tightly even on gentle setting the pain is too much. I have also learned that you can't just select the legs or feet only, the upper body still recevies a massages which i don't like. Sometimes we just want one isolated massage and this chair does not seem to offer that option. All in all, I would not have paid $9,000, the original price for this chair. It needs some work. Strong rollers.

Would love someone to contact us because we were really loooking forward to the chair and researched extensively. I am 5’3” and 102 lbs and my feet don’t reach the bottom of the foot platforms and the shoulder air bags don’t reach the width of my shoulders. We had contacted Osaka to inquire about recommended chair for our body types but didn’t hear a response confirming. The pressure is very strong which we like. Thank you.

The massage feels a little too strong in the beginning, but as time goes by, you will get used to it. I know I did around the 3rd month.
I used this chair twice a day, so far so good.

Do choose the "white glove" delivery. The whole chair arrived in 1 big box pre-assembled. 3 man carried it to my living room.
