Background: Users include (M)39yo 6foot 190lbs, (F) 38 yo 5’2” 140lbs and 12 and 13 year old kids. Bought because our extended family has had a Titan 2d chair for years and we love it, decided to treat the family with staycation instead of vacation.
No chronic pain, illness or preexisting issues. Just bought to supplement massage therapy.
Overall we love the chair. It is feature rich, Relaxing and feels like good quality.
Love - the predefined massages. We’ve all found our favorites and they are different per our preferences
Love - the foot roller and extended leg feature. It’s way better than the experience I’ve had with the manual spring leg version on the Titan we had for years.
Love - the hip airbags. My wife does not love it though.
Love - the heat feature is just right, was afraid it would get too hot.
Dislike - the shoulder squeeze coupled with the intense 3D massage can really hurt my shoulder blades. My wife doesn’t even feel the shoulder squeeze because of her height.
Dislike- I’m on the fence about the 3D, it does get very intense and is a different feel than the 2D. Sometimes I like it but there are rather painful moments where I wish it was less rough.
Dislike- the head airbag is not our favorite. It’s not relaxing and just gets in the way, but you do need some sort of cushion for your head so that your head doesn’t lean back to far during massage.
Caution - this 3D chair is not like the 2D ones. We overdid it the first week and were very sore. Too much intensity on the lower back actually caused injury and I had to take time off to recover.
I did the installation. It took an hour. I’m fairly handy and capable. All pieces were there and I could handle it by myself. Caution-the chair is very heavy.
