OS-Pro 4D DuoMax

We recently purchased a brand-new Osaki OS-Pro 4D DuoMax massage chair, but after only 6 weeks, we are experiencing numerous problems. The foot roller, calf air massage, and foot stretching mechanisms are all non-functional. The right-side armrest air massager is unresponsive, and the monitor screen freezes intermittently. Initially, they replaced the main PCB board (motherboard), but that didn’t fix the problem. Now, they’ve suggested replacing another part (the complete footrest system), but there is no estimated time for its arrival. We bought this machine in April, and it has been out of service more than it has been used. Customer service has been incredibly poor; I’ve submitted multiple tickets and requested updates, but they have failed to respond and provide any update. Considering the chair cost $12,999, the service is worse than any customer support I’ve encountered. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend buying Osaki products.

I've had my chair for a few months now and I give high scores for this chair. I had a Inada that finally a chair from Titan that finally gave out. We like our previous purchase so we decided to come back to Titan. They recommended the Duomax and they were spot on with the description of the chair and what the chair can do. I called to get the details and they were very patient explaining the features. The massage is the best part of the chair. The tech has definitely come a long way since my last one. The butt massage takes a little getting use to but it really does loosen the glutes and hamstrings. Very good chair.

I tried this chair at a tradeshow and thought they were out of their minds trying to sell this chair for this much. I did some research and found that the top end chairs are well over $10K. Nonetheless after I tried other chairs, hands down this chair had the best massage on the back, The massage for the legs and arms were similar to others but the massage sold me. It was a big purchase but I can honestly say it's worth it. If you call to buy a chair, ask for Tuan. Really knowledgeable and flexable.

The entire experience was great. The staff at Osaki were very knowledgeable about their products and thoroughly answered our questions. We found this chair and we love it! I strongly recommend Osaki to anyone who is looking for a massage chair.
