My Chiropractor recommended to buy a massaging chair to help with my lower back. I really didn't want to spend money on another piece of equipment for the home but with my back stiffness I really had no choice aside from surgery.
Pros:
- the massage is good and has helped with my stiffness just after 2 weeks.
- The leg massage is deep and enjoy the lower foot massage
- The should pressing thing is a nice feature/ It loosens the joints really well

Cons;
- Speakers are just average
- I'm 260lbs and the chair is a little snug.
