Osaki OS-Highpointe 4D

It took about 3 weeks to get the chair delivered and install from ordering. I paid full price for the chair plus $275.00 for white glove installation. The installers arrived from Fastmile and clearly had never put together a massage chair before. They also agreed to move my old one to the garage but left without doing so. The chair is just okay, it does massage well but the menus are poorly laid out and confusing, there was no printed manual, and since I'm 6'4" I need to set the leg extension to the max, but apparently there's no memory setting for that, so i have to manually do it each time or sit in a fetal position while it massages me. For $6,000.00, I expected better. I would not order again, and I do not recommend this product OR the white glove delivery service.

The massage chair is great in terms of the actual massage itself; however, there is creaking of the plastic parts when the air bags are full of air. There is also a dull knocking noise that originates from the right calf kneading mechanism which is very distracting. Will update review if OsakiUSA provides a solution.

There’s a strange noise coming from the right calf area of my massage chair during use. Can anyone help to fix it. It really annoying.
