few weeks ago we so nervous after purchased Osaki message chair... After received and ran few times a day.... "We happy and and feeling great and honesty we did purchased the right merchandise ". Recommende to anyone

Nice chair

Love the massage chair! Delivery was a little confusing as there was no information or contact company on the subcontractors delivering the chair.

I have visited several on-site furniture stores in our area the the Osaki OS-Pro 3D Tecno is very comparable to chairs three times the price, but was purchased at a more reasonable price point. I believe the 3-D component combined with the heating for both the lumbar and legs is the best selling point of the chair. The 3-D allows the rollers to have a "deeper" or more "shallow" massage depending upon the user's preference. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because I've heard a brief, but loud "clunking" noise (like the rollers "released" from their tracks temporarily probably 4 out of 20 massages that the chair has been used for so far in the past month. It could be a safety feature when too much pressure is put on the rollers, but it could also be a mechanical issue as well. Because the clunking has always resolved itself immediately each time and because we have only had the chair for a month, our family is still learning what "normal" is for the chair. As long as the clunking turns out to be a safety feature and isn't a broken chair, I'd totally give this chair 5 stars. But since there is no information on the "clunk", we're gonna stick with 4 stars for now.

Used few weeks. The chair is able to reach angles of my pain area -- really great. Error out once in the past 2 weeks due to overheat when i use it around 45mins+ in a roll.
