I paid for white glove service to bring my chain into the house and install it. The installation crew arrived then unpacked the chair outside of my home. As they were bringing it into the house, they scratched the entire side of the chair on the exterior brick of my house putting deep scratches into the side moldings and scuffing the leather. Then, if that wasn’t enough, when they set the chair up on my hardwood floors, the metal under the chair damaged my floor. The installation crew argued with me that the floor was already scratch and refused to even document the damages to the floor and the chair. I called the installation company and the owner told me that he would figure out how best to proceed and had me email him photos of the damages. Nobody will take responsibility for the damages and I’m stuck with $10k damages chain and floor. Terrible customer service!

I was so relaxed after a 15 minute massage .

My girlfriend is a massage therapist (best on the planet) and is generally skeptical of massage chairs. We both used this and we're blown away. The shoulder, butt, and feet features are the best. Worth every penny. The audio quality on the speakers is not good though.
