Good massage chair

I've found this chair on Costco and wanted to give it a try. I drove to their showroom in Carrollton TX and totally fell in love. It's a great chair overall.

Love it so far! Need help with one issue.

I’ve had this massage chair for about four days and so far I am very happy with my purchase! I have been trying out the different massages and love, zero gravity feature! As others warned, the foot intensity is too strong for me so I have to manually adjust it to the lowest setting each time it kicks in. Last night I started having a problem so I’m trying to find out what’s happening, but it seems to shut off after one minute or so on certain massage courses, hoping to find some help.
