My wife and I love this chair’s intensity and features compared to our older JP650, our past chair had a roller arm snap on us after years of daily use. Osaki Titan TX sent us this as a replacement because parts for the previous JP650 was specially order from there Japanese manufacturer and would’ve taken a long time to receive and repair. The company has been accommodating to our product issues. They got the replacement chair to us within two and a half weeks to Soutern California from Texas after letting them know about our past chairs issue. So compared to the JP650 which does look nicer in a room this chair has features that are a step up like intensity and sonic(tapping speeds that are like terra guns) the speakers on this chair are better quality then the JP650(we usually have relaxing meditation and ambient and you can hear the quality difference.) The chair seem narrower and more compact as-well but the airbags pressure is stronger on this Vera. The blue light therapy is nice when relaxing. What I’ve notice in my previous chair the jp650 is if a hose for an airbag is twisted or bend the air pressure does not inflate the chair well. So when setting this one up I made sure the hoses were all well placed. This chair does look cheaper and plasticky but my old chair was a taupe and the replacement was a black open box one the company was kind enough to give me as a replacement. Maybe the color is just my personal preference. I would totally recommend Osaki titan chairs to anyone looking for quality massage chairs with an amazing support team behind their products.
