So far not so good

The massage does not work on the chair. The seat blower turned on but would not turn off and we wound up unplugging it. After plugging it back in the blower would not turn on again. However, what is the most disappointing is the lack of responsiveness and support from your service department. After a ticket was opened, I did not hear back from anyone and then they closed the ticket without my knowledge for lack of response from me. Here’s the kicker, had I known they needed a response from me, I would’ve acted promptly - unlike the service team.
