Osaki 3D Dreamer V2

I’m 70 years old and we approximately 210 pounds. I bought this chair 2 1/2 years ago and I’m just reviewing it now.

I love it very much. It’s not a gentle chair, but I would be disappointed if it were too gentle. My fiancé doesn’t use it and I find most ladies feel that it can be too rough, but I don’t. I would buy this chair again in a minute.

A suggestion I would make to this manufacturer is to put a replay button on future models so that if there is a part of the massage that you like, it would automatically replay that for 90 seconds.

As per another contributor, the head pillow is cumbersome and not a benefit.

I paid $3000 and thought it was a deal if they were $2500 like they are today and I were a male I would buy this without hesitation. I assembled it myself and it is quite heavy and very well built. I have no concerns about the reliability of this machine.

The last color we wanted was black. We hate the black color. We wanted Taupe color so this was a really big disappointment. I don't know whose mistake was it, but we certainly did not wanted Black...
Also, the foot roller was making funny, squeaky sounds. It has stopped for now, but it worries me that the machine will get worse.
I really wish (let alone my wife...!) that we could return it and get the color we wanted originally. This is a purchase that we have to live with for a long, long time...

So far everything is awesome !

Ordered my chair beginning of December for a Christmas gift for my husband,, didn’t arrive until Jan. 7,, got the white glove delivery so maybe that’s why it took a month to arrive. Chair finally arrived and I was so excited,, except the chair doesn’t work , the air bags don’t work. I’ve placed a warranty claim but instead of the company sending someone out to fix it they asking for video and sales info. I submitted all that and still waiting!!!! Also,,, the “white glove delivery service” that I payed for ,, when the delivery service guys put the chair together told me that they don’t know anything about the chairs and how they are supposed to operate!!

My body thanks you! This chair has changed my life! I’m a 62 year old athlete that lives for an active lifestyle. Recently I’ve seen my body not stay up with my desire to climb that next mountain of fitness. This chair has put me back on the trails of a healthy workout routine! I’m thriving in life once again and I thank the Osaki 3D Dreamer V2 chair for this transformation!
