Great chair - aggressive massage though

Excellent product. Hopefully, it will last for a long time for us. Scheduling, notifications, delivery, and assembly worked out really well for us. All the massage features are perfect for us and exceed our expectations. The height of the foot rest adjustments are great and automatic. Even my husband loves it, who never wanted to take a full body massage ever. The foot massage is excellent too! I am curious about the 'Senior' massage feature and the kidney area massage. It really helps with the overall circulation of body fluids, regardless of the options you choose. For both of us it was an excellent investment.

Good massage, I was expecting more modes (Thai, Swedish, Shiatsu, full stretch) but very relaxing.

We had a Brookstone massage chair in the past and this one is much smaller in size which is nice. It doesn’t look so awkward in our room. It’s a good massage chair and I use it every day. I did see another review that talked about a clicking in the calf area… ours also clicks in the right calf, but it only does it like twice when starting the chair and then it quits. I’m glad we have it. I do wish the heating elements got hotter.

My Osaki Highlointe arrived today. Delivery and white glove Setup was quick. Feels exactly as it did in the showroom. Had my neighbor test it and she loved it. We both agree it is rejuvenating after use. To pair my phone for Bluetooth, I just had to access my phone's Bluetooth setting and the chair was automatically identified. I am returning my EasPearl chair from Amazon. This was worth the cost!
