Osaki 4D Achilles

We have only had it for 2 days, it is the next best thing to an in person massage.

We received our Osaki 4D Brown Achilles massage chair yesterday (Tuesday, Jan 13, 2026). We were excited and pleasantly surprised how much better the massage chair looks in person-this was an online purchase, from Osaki.com. We never seen the chair in person. The white glove service is well worth it. The delivery team did an amazing job, and took extreme care during the delivery process. This chair came boxed completely assembled, except for the controller. The delivery staff easily attached the controller to the armrest. This chair, is as advertised, we are happy with this purchase. However, (not a deal breaker, but we feel it should be mentioned) there are a couple small issues for us. One of our immediate noticeable issues, getting in and out of the chair is a bit difficult for my wife and I-both in our sixties with NO mobility issues. Because of this chairs design, the foot rest extends slightly forward from the chair. The foot rest does not come completely back to the chair, making getting in and out of the chair a challenge. The instructions strongly emphasized not to step on foot rest at all while getting "in or out" of the stair because of the possibly of damage to the foot rest. The other issue, the controller is partially illuminated. In low light, we use our cell phone light, to see the options on the controller. We hope this review, can help other buyers, because of the options available. Overall, we are pleased with our purchase. The leg and ankle massage is amazing, this is why we chose the Osaki 4D achilles massage chair.

I cannot describe how much better my Achilles massage chair makes me feel. I live with constant pain in my neck, spine, and legs. After a session in the chair, I am able to move about more freely. My only difficulty with the chair is that since you cannot step on the foot rests, it is very difficult to get into and out of. On my wish list, would be a backlight for the control panel. Customer service was extraordinarily responsive when I wanted to change my order and delivery time was quite reasonable.
