I’ve been using it for about a month now, and the overall satisfaction has been higher than I expected. The full-body massage works well, especially the air compression and roller intensity around the lower back, shoulders, and calves, which can be adjusted depending on how tired I feel that day. The Smart Body Scan feature is convenient as it automatically adjusts to fit my body so I’ve been very happy using it as part of my daily routine.

Very impressed with this chair. This was delivered with white glove service included in the price. All we had to do was turn it on and relax. Still figuring out all the various massages but so far so good. Having the option to get a 30 min massage and save it as one of your favorites is a great feature. I do recommend this chair

It feels wonderful and fits our lifestyle very well. A couple of issues I see are it pops loudly occasionally while it is working I thought it was supposed to be a quiet model. Another issue is the voice assist, it constantly asks how can it help us. It hears the tv or the music Ect.. and makes adjustments while it is massaging you. We may have to find the mic and cover it up. When you ask it, it rarely answers.

Overall, I'm satisfied with customer support, delivery and quality of the chair. I've had this chair for 3 months now and I will say, the 4D dual mechanical technology is the only way to go when getting a massage chair. This chair is loaded with customizable programs and features and I like the separate adjustments for the upper back and lower back/glutes. Another nice feature is the pain relief detection technology to scan your body for sore areas and it'll adjust accordingly. Only a few minor things. I feel the seat could be at least 1 inch wider because it feels a bit snug for a 6ft, 2XL size guy. Don't like using the voice commands because sometimes it turns on by itself, so I don't use it. Lastly, no ability to do software updates.
Overall, I recommend this chair and hope it'll last me for years to come.

The 4D Manhattan Duo Mech is hands down one of the most advanced massage chairs I’ve ever experienced. The dual mechanism system is incredible—one set of 4D rollers works on my upper body while the other targets my glutes and lower back at the same time. No other chair I tested had this level of coverage.
