This is my first purchase of a massage chair, and while I appreciate the overall experience, I have a few concerns I'd like to address.

1. Airbag Functionality (Right Upper Arm):
It appears to be completely non-operational in day one. I suspect this may be due to an assembly ($250!!) error. I've tested it repeatedly, and there's still no airbag inflation in that specific region. I'm concerned about the quality of the assembly service and hope this issue can be resolved promptly.

2. Noise Level of Tapping/Knocking Functions:
I've noticed that the tapping and knocking massage functions are significantly louder than the other massage techniques. The knocking sound, in particular, is quite disruptive and detracts from the overall relaxing experience. I'm wondering if this noise level is normal or if it could also be related to the assembly process.

3. Custom Massage Program Feature:
I've been exploring the menu options, but I haven't been able to locate a feature that allows me to create and save custom massage programs. Ideally, I'd like to be able to save personalized combinations of massage techniques (e.g., "Favorite 1," "Favorite 2," etc.) to avoid having to manually configure my preferences each time I use the chair, especially when I'm not using the automatic modes. Is this feature available, and if so, could you please provide instructions on how to access it?

I bought the Paragon massage chair on 2/7/2025 and got it delivered on 2/19/2025. The shipping time is reasonable. The quality of the chair seems nice. It does do what it claims. The chair is quite comfortable. However, the heating temperature is weak, mild warm on back rollers and foot rollers even though you increase the heat level to the maximum. All apps relating to OSAKI on Google play store won't work on this chair. Per the manufacturer customer service, there is no updated app. If you would like to use your mobile phone to control the massage chair please forget it even though it claims the app would control it on its website. Instead I have to use the wired remote control. I may buy a different model if I knew that no app works with the massage chair.

Ordered the chair 26 days ago, it was shipped 14 days ago (why did that take so long?) and still haven't received the chair yet. Hopefully the chair will be nicer than then getting it!

I've been using it everyday since it's delivered. Best decision ever. Easy to install just by myself.

Unable to adjust leg and feet massage settings separate from back and body massage. The leg and feet massage is too forceful and painful.
