I can’t decide what is worse, the chair or the customer service!

Voice recognition is awful. The Chair is constantly saying “I’m here” even though “Hi Alice” was not said. The chair turns on by itself when no one is in the room. The airbag massage pressure is unbearable even on the low setting. Customer service is atrocious. Takes weeks to get a response. I had to call them after 2 emails to even get a response. Return policy is absurd. If I want to return the malfunctioning chair, I have to pay almost half of what I paid for the chair for shipping (Have to pay for the initial delivery and the shipping back to the company). I would not recommend the chair or the company to anyone. Save your money and avoid the headache, buy from a different manufacturer.

Massage is good but a little on the small size

I purchased this chair for the family. I like that the footprint is small but so is the chair for my husband who is 6'1". He still uses it but doesn't hit the top of his shoulders. For me its really great and I like the way it looks in the bedroom. If it was maybe a little bigger it would be perfect. Chair is overall really good and has a deep massage.

Nice chair to sit in

I am not to keen on massage chairs as I feel that they are too big. This chair was just what I wanted it is small and does not take up a lot of space. The massage is more than okay for what I needed. I mostly just wanted this as another piece of furniture to have in my living room!

LOUD!

This chair gives a nice massage, but it is so loud! It sounds like you are sitting on a mechanic's car lift. I need to buy some noise-cancelling headphones now,
