I like my chair but have 2 problems I submitted to support without response.
1. How do you adjust neck massager so it stops going too high and trying to crush skull?
2. When massage is over why does it always stop in reclined position so you have to power off to go upright?

I really enjoy this chair. This chair has tons of auto modes which allows me to target different muscles with different modes. Also 5 levels of intensity and air bag pressure helps my other members of the family enjoy this chair regardless of age and size.
However, max intensity could be little stronger too!
