This is the 3rd Osaki massage chair we have gotten for my parents over the past 15 years. We purchased this one from Costco since they had a sale and the sales person let us know that it was 1/2 the price on Costco, so thank you Jeff. My parents are older now so they have a tough time getting in and out of the chair but this one has sliding sides that open and close making it so much easier for my parents. They say that the massage is so much more advanced than their previous but the remote is a little tricky since they are not really good with tech.
This is my 4th chair over the many years of using massage chairs. This is also the most expensive and worth every penny. I like that it has two sets of rollers and large motors. My wife loves it also. It is a well-made chair and backed by Osaki. Have had it for about two months and really like it.
Mine just arrived last night. I already love it. It is better than I expected, even after trying several with Rose Cha at her OTA World store in Fort Lee, NJ (but she is moving to a nearby mall soon). I can't recommend this chair enough, you won't be disappointed and it is well worth the money.
