Nice chair but a bit rough...

The chair is very nice and solidly built with wheels in the back that make it easy to move. However, it is very difficult to get in a comfortable position for bot the seat rollers and the back rollers, so it can be more painful than relaxing. The slots for the arms are to far forward to use without your hand being trapped and if you wear a watch or rings you have to take them off or it the squeezing actual hurts. The foot roller are really nice on your feet but the leg airbags, when inflated, make it difficult to adjust your position or even lay the chair back or sit it up without your legs being trapped and that hurts too. All in all, for what it is its ok, but if it didn't seem like more trouble than its worth to return it I would. $800 is reasonable for the chair as it is, had it not been on sale I definetly would have returned it for a refund because it is not worth the regular price of $2,200!

Not too happy

I bought this model because it was on sale and without testing it in any store. It is nice looking but there are things that I dislike:
The bottom Cushing is nonexistent, so your butt hurts when the rollers move
The rollers on the back just spin round and it does not have a "up and down the spine" function
Manual is very poorly written, and it controls doesn't give you the option of controlling different functions.
it general, I am not very happy with my purchase. My recommendation is trying a massage chair before you buy it.

Uncomfortable and Not Worth It

The Osaki AmaMedic R7 LE was a major disappointment—not just for me, but for my whole family. The lower back rollers were so intense they caused bruising, and the shoulder rollers hit the back of the head instead of the shoulders, leading to nausea and headaches. The headrest was also too low, forcing our heads to tilt back uncomfortably.

We tried to return it, but the fees for shipping both ways, plus restocking, came out to about 85% of the chair’s cost. We’re now stuck with a chair we can’t use. Definitely would not recommend.

Unfortunately, the rollers location is not designed to shorter people and the pressure (even in its maximum setting) is not enough.
