The chair lives up to all expectations. With the zero gravity and multiple airbags and rollers it delivers an effective massage. My only constructive criticism is the middle portion that covers the lumbar and thoracic areas is somewhat thin and if the intensity is too high, can cause actual pain. Having an inch more of padding would be helpful. Aside from that mild criticism, the chair itself is excellent. I am quite happy with the purchase and the performance. Set up was excellent. Customer service was good with the delivery team and the chair is aesthetically pleasing. Thanks for Manufacturing such a fine product.
