I ordered this chair NOV 2023 and got it delivered exactly 30 days later via the white-glove delivery service, with a tear in the brand-new massage chair. Osaki couldn't repair the tear, and the chair was on backorder so replacement was going to be at minimum another 30 day wait. They offered me a partial refund instead for the ripped chair. Then in June 2024, after only light use, the chair back massager completely stopped working and I opened a support ticket. It's now over 90 days later (Sept 2024) since I started a ticket and I still have no working massage chair. Osaki FINALLY shipped a replacement base for my chair via white-glove delivery today, and guess what? They FORGOT to schedule the pickup of my old massage chair base, so the white-glove service refused to take it with them, and now I am stuck with two massage chairs in my living room. Neither of which work, because Osaki still has to send a technician out to reassemble the chair. Osaki support is currently waiting an answer from their internal escalation, for when they will send somebody out to pickup the old massage. They don't even know when. I'm also not sure when a technician is going to come out and rebuild my chair, so I'm just stuck with all this junk in my living room for who knows how long.
