Chair is amazing for my back. Heat, massage, lumbar support excellent. Comparable chairs cost thousands more.

Great chair and love the massage and heat function.

Yes you have to connect the pneumatic tubes and wire under the seat cushion. Yes the pneumatic tubes are hard to push together. But once that is done it works like a charm. I recommend putting in the batteries amd plugging it in and moving the footrest up a drop then put the foot portion of the cushion on first, unzip the seat section and connect the wire and pneumatic tubes through the square hole, zip that up and then put the back cushion on (unzip it first them zip the back up last). Hope that helps!

I recently purchased the Osaki Sonno XT-1 GravZero Recliner to help me manage my back and neck. It has helped my manage my back pain. I'm happy with my recliner.

All good except no heat or massage. Saw 4 color coded cylinders under cushion with a male cord that is not hooked up to anything. I that the power connector for the massage feature?

Very comfortable and sleek . Fits well into my smallish living room .
