Good but not good enough

Not worth $2500. It's solid, good quality, and strong but doesn't hit many key spots and worst of all, it does not meet this description from their site:
"The L-Track extends from your neck, all the way down past your lower back, and finally wrapping underneath the back of your thighs. The L-Track offers about 50% more massage area than your average S-Track chairs".
It goes to my butt bones only unless I push myself way back and then it goes just and inch or two 2 past my butt and to my very upper thighs. That's not much of an "L". I would have returned it but the packing and shipping is close to $900 since I have to pay their shipping cost and mine, and since I would need them to come in house, package it and carry it out. It is heavy which makes discarding it (in a few years when it breaks) a big hassle,

Instructions

Instructions are too broad. Nothing really specific. I still have issues with message intensity and control. You should have a detailed tutorial on You Tube or on your web site

Showed up with broken base

Base was broken upon delivery, did not accept delivery from 3rd party delivery service. Very disappointing!

Chair repair

It’s a great chair when it’s fully functional. I paid for the white glove service and my speakers were not working correctly as well as some of the features on the chair. I expected more for paying an extra 250 dollars. I regret paying for the white glove service. Also there were issues with my delivery. I called the number listed and was told I needed to set up delivery with 48 hours or I would get charged storage fees. I set up delivery the next day and I didn’t receive my chair for almost a week. The guy who delivered the chair were great but the trying to set up a delivery was a hassle.

Unsatified initial quality

I have received the Osaki Os-Pro 4D Encore 5 days ago and delivered as a white glove. I noticed something was not working on first day. I reported a day later about defects and received a ticket number. Since it has been 3 days, I have not heard anything yet from Osaki. I was expecting prompt response but I have not received any response yet.
