Osaki OP-4D Ultima

I've had the chair for a out 2 weeks now. Other than nap mode, it hurts to sit in. The airbags squeeze you to the point of pain. I cannot use the foot roller. It is so painful on the bottom of my feet. I cannot use the full body massage because it pushes my tail bone so hard that I want to cry. The arm massage squeezes and pinches your fingers to the point of pain. To this day, outside of manual mode only using the most limited features, I cannot get a massage that doesn't hurt.

If you're looking for a little "hurt me" in your massage, which can be good at times, the 4D Ultima is the chair. We knew this from previous reviews prior to ordering so all is well. White glove delivery unfortunately was a very unpleasant experience. A great deal of complaining by the gentleman in charge. I called Osaki to provide some constructive feedback on that last week. Hoping they will address the issue with the contracted service out of Kansas City. The chair has helped loosen some stubborn upper back muscles and I look forward to each use.

I don't have my Massage chair yet.

Unit arrived on time and package extremely professionally.
The massage chair is a must have…

Assembly may be an issue for anyone with disabilities or arthritis.. recommend white glove service.. if the case
There where no issues for me during assembly..
