Great chair for a good price!

OS-Pro SoHo II does not follow commands

No matter how hard you try to just get the upper back and shoulders, this massage chair goes all down to the lower spine and buttock. Tried shoulder mode, manual mode, pushed the up buttons but nothing works. I will see if the tech can figure it out for me. Beside that nice quality chair.
