White Glove Terrible

We are really pleased with the Osaki OS-Champ. The customer service is superb. However, I will never order the White Glove experience ever again. They are extremely incompetent and do not care about your product. When the chair finally arrived it was only one guy and he asked me to help him so what did I pay the $250 for?
