Very shoddy installation steps...just one little card. It just says "install two DK block cards (circlips) to ensure the footrest is locked on to the chair." I have mounted the foot rest but the circlips look too small to fit the chair hook. What a shoddy set of instructions for a $8,000 chair?! A $10 item has better installation steps than this fancy chair. Very frustrated.
