Package Deal (Cleaner + Massage Chair Cover)

Its a shame - the cover is nice - but it does not fit. It will not go over the foot area or the base of the chair. In addition it puts a lot of strain on the tablet/control unit. I contacted Osaki about it - and they told me I would have to pay a shipping fee back to them, for their own product that did not fit. Usually I love this company ( and my ORION chair ) but this is not sitting well with me... So now I have to go more out of pocket to buy an aftermarket one...This was such a simple issue to fix but they did not stand behind their product..

Cover fits nice and snug and provides the protection for the chair from our cats that I desired.

Perfect fit cover and combined cleaner were great value!

Love my 4d encore massage chair so nothing but the best for it. The cover protects from my dogs and keeps it dust free. Cleaner is easy to apply and keeps my chair smelling fresh and clean. A must have at a reasonable price
