Heat problem

Everything work fine but the heat function is misleading. It have no heat at all. The tech come over and confirm it is how they make this product.

Perfect for our home! Simple and easy to set up, came in 2 boxes.

All I had to do was put the footrest on and plug it in, who would of guessed it would of been this easy!
