Osaki OS-Ai VERA 4D+

Note: I’m 65yrs young 5’2” 135lbs unpacked and installed my self after it was delivered.
With all new gadgets you have to play around with it to find what you’re comfortable with and how things work.
1) unpacking the most trouble I had was getting chair off styrofoam pad without making a mess (to heavy to lift off)
a) score styrofoam in front tilt back and snap off then tilt forward and slip back piece with your foot
2) there are wheels in the back to move chair were you want like a hand truck. We put it on a small area rug since its on hardwood
3) foot rest install
a) it came with clips already installed on chair with two extra in a small bag. If installed on the chair it’s a good time to see how they work. Front part of clip has a slit between the metal clip pry this up lightly and SLIDE clip off (I used a butter knife) if you’re using force probably prying in the wrong place
b) once clips are off attach leg support on long peg first then the short peg slide clips on.Zipper up and use
The only knock I have is viewing the remote while in the chair either on my lap or in the pocket. Fixed that by putting a magnetic cell phone mount on the side makes it easy to reach to change settings or add more time
