Osaki OS-3D Belmont

As I said overall the chair is exactly what I wanted but we are having difficulty with the instruction book finding information on how to lower the intensity of the rollers. We find the book to be confusing and not, in my opinion, user friendly. I tried to find a you tube video explaining the settings but to no avail. But as I said with less than a week of use we are happy. And the bonus was it came fully assemble, which we weren't expecting. Made it much easier for us.

I’ve been using the Belmont 3D for a few weeks now and I am very pleased with this chair. The preprogrammed options or pinpoint selections make it very easy. The heat option offers some value but I can see if someone is expecting a higher temp. Bluetooth speakers sound very good and always connect flawlessly. Note- I am 6ft 250 lbs and could understand if anyone larger didn’t like the chair. I fit comfortably but understand anyone larger may disagree.

Dislike: It seems like the presets are similar Like: It’s a massage chair!!

I previously owned a different massage chair, but being under 5 feet 5 inches tall, my head barely reached the top of the shoulder area, often resulting in the massage targeting the wrong places. With the Osaki Belmont, the fit is perfect for someone my size. It can adjust, but I appreciate that it caters to shorter individuals. Thank you!

I decided to wait before I gave my opinion on this massage chair, so that I could speak from experience. Just a little background history. I suffer from a bad back that I've had since I was in my late 20's. Throughout the years, I have dealt with recurring back spasms that usually happen at least once or twice a year. I've always wanted one of these chairs but since they were expensive, I always put it off. However, this year, my wife suggested that it may be now or never, so I chose the former. I am so happy that I did even though I really could have used it about 40 years ago. This chair literally has it all. You can select the type of massage that you would like with the remote, which works flawlessly, I might add, in addition to the part of the body that you want the massage to concentrate on, be it the neck and shoulders, entire spine, lower back, etc. Also, you can select the intensity of the massage, and the length of time that you want the massage to last. There is the choice to include heat during the massage, however, even on high, I can barely feel it. In addition, you can play 'mood music' from your smartphone that comes through the built-in blu-tooth speakers in the chair. INCREDIBLE. Now, for the various types of massages to pick from. You have Chinese, Thai, Relaxation, Yoga, Ancient, Boss, Lady, Senior and Deep Shiatsu in 3D mode. Each is unique, so it is entirely a personal preference. My suggestion to anyone who purchases this chair is simply this. ALWAYS choose the 10-minute massage first. That way you can experiment with the various choices and it won't be too uncomfortable if you really don't like how it feels. The delivery guys told me that you should NOT try to shut if off when it is in the massage mode, so I don't do that. These massages can be too INTENSE for some people even though that's the way I prefer, but it could be painful and that is not what people want from it. Later, you can choose either the 20-minute or 30-minute massage, that would be entirely up to you. My wife, can't take the intensity of either the 'Lady' or the 'Senior' selection because she says that it hurts more than helps. Oh well. In summary, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this chair for anyone seeking relief from the pain of a bad back. Hopefully, this chair will last for years to come without any major additional expenses. I guess only the passage of time will tell me if that will be the case.
