I spent $800 on an Osaki chair that turned out to be completely unusable. It didn’t fit my body, hurt my back, and felt like a cheaply made product—definitely not what you’d expect at this price point. I reached out to Osaki multiple times, hoping to either return the chair or upgrade to a better model. Instead of working with me, they demanded $260 just to return it. Yes, $260 to return a chair that didn’t work for me.

Even when I offered to buy a more expensive model, they still wouldn’t waive the shipping fee. This level of inflexibility and lack of customer service is unacceptable. Companies like Amazon make returns simple and customer-friendly. Osaki does the opposite—they make it as expensive and difficult as possible to get out of a bad purchase.

If you’re thinking of buying from Osaki, be warned: if something goes wrong, you’re on your own. I feel ripped off, ignored, and frustrated. Avoid this company unless you’re 100% sure the chair fits you and you’re willing to eat hundreds of dollars if it doesn’t.

The chair is for a very small person. If you not that tall or even around 5’6” the massage chair will massage the upper hip bone. The head massage does not adjust so whatever your head is positioned enjoy the massage on that specific area. The butt massage is barely enough as well as the bottom of the foot area. Usually the air massage helps compress massage legs and arms, but you barely get a slight pressure to feel a slight sensation. U gave it a 3 star cause it looks cool, but as far as massage, it really deserves a 2 star. My personal opinion is they know they could’ve done better. Price is way too high for pure aesthetics.

The massage rollers are nor aligned correctly and the power of the machine is very poor . The seat cushion is horrible no cushion at all. The feet rollers are not stables . I wish I can send it back to the company.
