Osaki OP-4D Ultima

If you're looking for a little "hurt me" in your massage, which can be good at times, the 4D Ultima is the chair. We knew this from previous reviews prior to ordering so all is well. White glove delivery unfortunately was a very unpleasant experience. A great deal of complaining by the gentleman in charge. I called Osaki to provide some constructive feedback on that last week. Hoping they will address the issue with the contracted service out of Kansas City. The chair has helped loosen some stubborn upper back muscles and I look forward to each use.

I don't have my Massage chair yet.

Very happy with purchase.. no issue with customer service/shipping.
Unit arrived on time and package extremely professionally.
The massage chair is a must have…
Recommend highly.. cold not be any happier with my purchase..
Assembly may be an issue for anyone with disabilities or arthritis.. recommend white glove service.. if the case
There where no issues for me during assembly..
If I could rate from 1-10 it would be a 10

Osaki OP-4D Ultima

Overall, this chair is wonderful.
The only concerns are the following:
1. Even in the softest settings it’s too strong for my back. I resolve this by folding a throw and putting it behind my lower back.( Better to be too strong than too weak!)
2. The voice control is far from “intelligent”
3. No mid body air bags.
I had back surgery in 02/24 and this chair has reduced the muscle tightness substantially.
